We are looking for a Produce Production Team member.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide our customers with great customer service.

Assist in stocking product at all deliveries.

Maintain product sampling program.

Merchandise and maintain cut fruit program.

Perform as directed all opening, mid, and closing shift duties.

Read, and stay informed on, all regional, store and team memos.

Uphold all standards pertaining to cleanliness and HACCP programs. Comply with all applicable health and safety laws.

Ensure all prepared items are labeled, dated, initialed, covered, and rotated.

Maintain high productivity levels.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Passion for food.

Flexible schedule and ability to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

A desire to learn and grow in the Produce Team.

The ability to work a flexible schedule.

Understanding of the importance of working as a team.

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.

Proper handling of knives and other cutting equipment.

Good communication skills.

Good organizational skills.

Working conditions:
1. Standing and walking for extended periods of time, up to 8-10 hours.
2. Bending, stooping, climbing.
3. Mental and physical dexterity.
4. Unassisted heavy lifting.
5. Work in cold conditions (coolers).
6. Use of box cutters, knives, etc.
7. Use of electric pallet jacks or other heavy machinery.
8. Mandatory use of required personal protective equipment.
9. Use of ladders.
10. Iteration of duties.
